Promotions, Discounts & Split Pay

Promotions & Discounts

  • Eligible promotions will be listed at the time a preorder opens or when ready to ship items are posted to the site.
  • Most promotions will be listed on our Facebook page & vip Facebook group page.

Shipping Policy:

  • Shipping is $5 flat rate.
  • Do not combine read to sell & preorders.
  • If your address changes prior to shipping, it is your responsibility to contact us at topsailtotssmockingco@gmail.com to request a change of address. If your package is returned or lost due to package being shipped to the old address; you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to USPS. Topsail Tots Smocking Company is not responsible for the package once it has shipped.
  • ALL sales are final and are non-refundable. Please inspect your items once received, if there are any defects ; please email Topsailtotssmockingco@gmail.com within 5 days to determine a solution. You will have 5 days to mail your item back to us with a shipping label provided by us. (A shipping label will only be provided for defects only). If you fail to mail it within 5 days, you will no longer be able to exchange.
  • Items can be shipped anywhere within the US.
  • For Ready-to-sell items: Please allow us 3-4 business days to process your order, we will estimate shipping and delivery date based on availability and USPS guidelines. Once your order has been processed, please allow up to 7 business days for your items to be shipped to you.
  • For Preorder items: Please allow up to 12 weeks for items to arrive to TTSC. Once we have received the items, allow us 3-4 days to process your order. We will estimate shipping and delivery date based on availability and USPS guidelines. Once your order has been processed, please allow up to 7 business days for your items to be shipped to you.

Refund Policy

  • All sales are final and are non-refundable unless there is a defect.
  • Personalized items are non-refundable/non-exchangeable/non-returnable under any circumstance.
  • Please double check your sizing prior to paying for your order, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on sizes. Sizes cannot be changed once a preorder has ended.
  • If your item is being returned because of a defect; the item must be returned in the original packaging, unwashed, unworn & with the tag still intact. A new item or store credit will be issued once the item/s have been inspected.
  • Washed, worn or tagged items are ineligible for returns, refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
